Levánda is a 100-year-old, traditionally and lovingly renovated house. It charms its inhabitants daily with a wonderful view of the Aegean Sea, which produces different colours and moods at any time of the day or year.

The house Levánda has two floors, each with 35 sqm. On the upper floor there is the spacious living-dining area with a kitchen, large dining table and sofa bed. On the lower floor are the living-sleeping area with French bed 160 x 200 cm and a built-in divan, as well as the bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower and sink. Around the house there are three seating areas, in the shadow of the mulberry tree in front of the house, on the large terrace with sea views and a small secluded place in the garden.
